A stylish restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and eclectic touch, Panorama Restaurant blends New York cool with Parisian chic, creating an experiential dining scene that evokes all of the senses. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the seasonal menu celebrates fresh ingredients and local Irish produce, bursting with natural flavour. Irish in style with fermentation and preservation influences, the menu has been created by recently appointed Executive Chef Janice Casey Bracken. Janice's background includes Dunbrody Country House, Waterford Castle and The Tannery in Dunagrvan. Underpinned by a conscious approach to cooking, Janice is focussed on zero-waste with an elevated offering for vegetarian and vegan guests. Janice is a member of Euro Toques Ireland and serves as a member of The Food Council.
Our Panorama restaurant is open 7 days per week serving breakfast lunch and dinner, afternoon tea is served in the Glass House and Canapes and breakfast are served in the Club House for our woodland suites guests. During your visit you will be welcomed by executive Chef Janice and will be designated to work alongside a team member in the kitchen here you can learn meat and fish preperattion, knife skills, pastry skills or you can observe and help with dinner service. We are a fast paced kitchen with good team spirit and comradery.
