Here at Gather & Gather we run office catering. Very different from other companies. We put a huge emphasis on Irish produce and quality. Everything from our homemade snacks, on site juices and lunch counters. All from scratch daily. We utilise a sustainable kitchen on our way to zero waste.
We're very fortunate with Gather & Gather to have access to the a huge range of top quality ingredients. From our meat, fish, breads and vegetables. We have direct lines to our suppliers, they know what we want and provide us the best. Like last year, we'll get the chefs in and give them a tour of our operation. We'll get them helping out with the lunch, and show them how office catering is up there with the best restaurants in Dublin. They'll then try their hand at making snacks for the tea stations and making some homemade syrups for our juice bar. We no longer use any bought in cans or bottles and make our own drinks on site.
