About Us
We are a busy casual dining restaurant that exclusively serves Neapolitan style pizza. We have got a prep kitchen where we make the dough and all of the toppings for the pizza and then we have a separate staff that make the pizzas to order so there are two different areas involved in the preparation of the final product, both of which require a different skill set. Here you will learn about the organisation of a prep kitchen and attention to detail required when working in a busy kitchen as well as pizza making skills in a high pressure environment while making food to order all while learning how to work well as part of a high functioning team.
