Bistro KitchenOur Bistro Kitchen is open daily for food service from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is well-equipped with Grills, an oven, a hot box, and service fridges and freezers. The kitchen is divided into sections for starters, mains, and desserts, with three chefs on weekdays and four chefs on weekends, including one kitchen porter in every shift.

Main KitchenThis kitchen is well equipped with combi ovens and other necessary kitchen equipment and serves breakfast from 7am to 10am, staff lunch and dinner. Banquet functions and the restaurant are on weekends.
