We are excited that you are planning to register as a host for Open Kitchen Week!

The registration process via the form below should take no more than 5 mins. The form gathers contact information, some basic details about your kitchen and some admin tick boxes. You have the option to allow our team to complete the restaurant profile section and download image from your own website if this simplifies the process for you and you can either chose to add your slots as soon as you have completed your profile or you can return later to do this!

I understand that I will be contacted by Chef Network in relation to the Open Kitchen Programme and my participation will form part of public campaign

Criteria for Participation

I confirm that my kitchen is signed up to the Kitchen Workplace Charter.

My insurers will be informed of this event and will provide evidence of Public Liability insurance with indemnity to Chef Network and the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance. I will submit a copy of my Public Liability Insurance to Chef Network. I will not hold Chef Network, its owners, affiliates, operators, or employees liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of my participation in Open Kitchen Week.

Health & Safety

My kitchen(s) are fully compliant with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005 and HACCP.

I understand that the participants in Open Kitchen Week will be guests in my kitchen and will not be expected to undertake meaningful work during their visit. I confirm that there will be a dedicated staff member to manage the placement and supervise the open kitchen session.
